Thank you for your letter regarding our interest and purchase of our Cavco Malibu Series Park Model. Yes, we did have a very good, professional experience right from the beginning with Scham Mercer. She was courteous, honest and friendly. She provided us with excellent information about quality upgrades that have been made in the Cavco products. Everthing from set up, installation, cleaning, repair work, done in good time. Scham explained all quality factors: insulation points, flooring, insulated windows, countertops, color choices, window treatments, blinds, etc and much more. There was no hassle with paperwork, adjusted costs, warranties. We feel like we have been treated as friends - that counts a lot.
