They took all of my needs into consideration and provided me a great home.

After spending my entire life in Idaho, I recently moved to Yuma to be with my son and daughter-in-law. I needed to be close to them, but not live in the same house. The answer was a park model purchased from Scham at Pacesetter Homes.

Scham was so helpful showing me different models and recommending changes to fit my needs. I wanted a washing machine and dryer, but the floor plan I liked the best didn't have one in it. They were able to redo the floor plan slightly and fit a stacking unit into the bedroom. It was also fun to pick out the paint colors, window blinds, floor coverings, cabinets and countertops.

They were able to set the house down at ground level, so I don't have to worry about stairs or even one step. They took all of the needs into consideration and provided me a great home.
